We are an independently owned and operated franchise. Chris and Kathleen Jacobs acquired the local franchise, each bringing years of experience with the direct mail business. Kathleen was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY while Chris grew up locally in Pittsford. After living in NYC for a time they moved to Rochester, NY where they raised their kids Sean, Chris, and Erin. One thing Chris and Kathleen love about Rochester is the unique community atmosphere. It is a big city without the big city feel. Rochester is diverse and they love to help their Valpak clients find the right market for their business.

Did you know...
Chris, Kathleen and all three of their kids love skiing. They have skiied all over the country at different resorts and still actively ski every Winter.
In 2013 they were honored to receive the Valpak Franchise Association Legacy of Service Award for their efforts to aid and support NYC during Hurricane Sandy. Click the image below to read the nomination letter.
